Preparation of temporary scaffolding and removal, mechanised surface cleaning using flap wheel machine and application of one coat of epoxy primer with dry film thickness minimum of 60 micron followed by two coats of epoxy anti corrosive paint, each coat shall have minimunm 75 micron thick finish for structurs and supports upto 24 MEL as per the enclosed technical specification at Main Plant.

Repair /splicing/replacement of structural membrs/bracings/plates/studs/chequered plate platforms associated with the above painting using SMAW process before painting. Erection of temproary platform and de-erection is also in the scope of contractor.
