1Clearing thick jungle and thorny bushes (without uprooting ) with disposal.
2Earth work in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5M and lead upto 30M including back filling,watering and ramming of excavated earth into the structure and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth with removal
3Providing & Laying of PCC ( 1:4:8) with cement :course sand zone 3 : Stone aggregates in foundation of posts including cost of Material, labour and T & P etc complete
4P/F of ordinary centering & shuttering for CC works including cost of all material, labour, and t&p etc. complete.
5Providing & Laying of cement concrete with 1:1.5:3 cement :course sand zone 3 : Stone aggregates or M-20 for railing & precast posts embeded with concrete including cost of all material T&P and labour etc. complete .
6Finishing walls with Acylic smooth paint of exterior required shade: New work (two or more cost applied@ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming cost of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10sqm) supply of all labour material and T&P required for proper completion of work for two Coats.
7Providing & Fixing of precast prestressed 6 feet height Boundary wall consisting of 150 x150 mm vertical I- section post and 2100 x300x50mm panel of prestressed concrete M- 25,reinforced with 4 mm high strength tensile steel wire complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
