1Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam,clay or sand )including lift upto 1.50m and lead up to 30 m & including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineers in change upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches (4.1.1) Depth from 0.00 to 1.50 m below
2Providing and Laying in Position cement concrete with 4cm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all material labour tools and plants etc required for all completion of work (item code 5.4.3)
3B/W with bricks of class 150 in foundation & plinth in CM 1:4 (Based on UP PWD SOR 2020) Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1cement :4 Coarse sand)
4Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 15.0 on a bed including filling joints with sand with common burnt clay non modular bricks (DAR/11.2/AR/YEIDA)
512 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (DAR/13.4.2/UPPWDSOR 2020)
6supply of good earth in embankment in ordinary soil embankment to be done in 20 cm layers breacking clods, watering, rolling each layer by 1/2 T wooden or steel rammer, rolling every third and top most layer of roller 8 tonne and including ramming, dressing the surface of required levels and slops and including 1.50 mtr. lift and all lead (earth shall be brought from a place which is beyond Noida area) including cartage of earth by mechnically transport and T&P etc required for proper completion of work. (earth shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.) (UPPWD SOR 2020)
7Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block (ISI Marked) made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size design, shape, laid in required color and pattern over and including average 50 mm thick compacted bed coarse sand and filling the joints with fine sand all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge with conforming (UP PWD SOR 2020) (New SOR Based DSR 16.68)
8Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (Based on SOR UP PWD 2020) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
