| 8 | Shifting of oil filled main tank of 132/33KV 40MVA Transformer from storage place to plinth upto 35meter (approx) distance including turning of tank if required with all T&P and other associated work to complete the job. |
| 9 | Additional shifting of 132/33Kv 40MVA Transformer main tank upto 50meter distance (1job for every 5 meter) |
| 10 | Complete drain out of Transformer oil from 40MVA T/F (if old) into empty oil drum/storage tank |
| 11 | Replacement of all gaskets including the top of 40MVA Transformer (if old) by providing & fixing new gaskets as per existing size made of rubberised cork sheet made of kotika/turboze/nucork brand grade 07. |
| 12 | Replacement of all ring shaped washer placed on air release valve of all radiators by providing new gasket as per existing size made of special plastic teflon washer of suitable size 28 to 30mm |
| 13 | Overhauling of diverter switch & buchholz relay of 40MVA Transformer after removing dirty transformer oil from its chamber.Filling of frsh centrifused transformer oil & checking of proper operation of buchholz relay. |
| 14 | Cleaning the core & winding by fresh transformer oil and removing the sludge from bottom of 40 MVA Transformer. |
| 15 | Painting of Transformer after removal of rust/ dust then painting them with one coat of Red oxide then two coat with smooth gray of ISI mark paint. |
| 16 | Complete erection of 132/33KV 40MVA Transformer including erection of radiator, conservator tank,all bushings,turrets, buccholz relay, connecting pipes, cooling fans,motor drive mechanism of tap changer and attending the oil leakage if any and all other associated works for satisfactory completeion of work. All T&P to be provided by the contractor. |
| 17 | Creating vaccum inside the main tank for period of 12 hrs and top of oil to core, winding tank, conservator & radiator of 40MVA Transformer. |
| 18 | Centrifuging of oil in main transformer tank un-interrupted till the desired BDV valueof the oil is achieved including recording of all the parameters hourly such as temperature, BDV, PPM vaccum etc.Centrifuging Machine, operator, lubricant and all T&P to be provided by contractor. |
