Depth below G/L including welding etc. by boaring process at TF neutral and body earthing including cost of all required material as GI Pipe of size 40mm dia, round bar 32 mm dia, etc.
3welding & laying of G.I. strip 50x6mm size with structures and all equipments in switchyard and control room, M.S. Bar including cutting, binding and proper fixing etc. complete. The welding and laying of G.S. Strips to L.A. with full length of structures and also the M.S. bridge near L.A. structures. All required material will be provided by firm.
4Shifting and dragging of 33/11 KV 5 MVA transformer from its plinth to safe site in switchyard at store centre substation alongwith proper disconnection of its HT, LV, control cable and earthing connection and doing connection of HT (33kv) and LT(11kv) side of 10MVA power transformer after installation of 10MVA power transformer.
5Shifting and dragging of 33/11 KV 10 MVA transformer from road side to its plinth to alongwith its erection including fixing of all assessories and carriage & top up of T/F oil.
6Repairing of complete switchyard fencing and its painting.
7Hiring of D/G Set 63 KVA 3 Phase for Testing of T/F (as per site requirement)
8Shifting and dragging of existing 33/11 KV 10 MVA transformer from plinth to road side to its plinth along with its erection including fixing of all assessories and carriage & top up of T/F oil.

103Making of M.S. Angle frame of (75x75x6mm) in the shape of \\"L\\" to connect T/F Neutral by copper flexible strip with proper clamping including cost of copper strip. Earthing of Power T/F Neutral shall be done separately including welding with M.S. bar Electrode bridge 1 No. after making in triangular shape and proper connection with well type earthing etc. Grouting of structure will be done in 1:4:8 ratio of cement, sand & coarse aggregate ( All type laying material will be provided by the Firm except steel cables ).
104Laying of 11KV cable of different size from power T/F to control room I/C and control room to D/P outside Sub-Station over a pad of river sand . Cable shall be laid 500mm below the ground in the yard by covering three sides with Ist Class brick and Ganga sand (All type laying material will be provided by the Firm except 11 KV cables ).
10511 KV Cable hoisting with GI Pipe 6\\" dia (All type of material provided by the Firm).
106Laying of 33KV 3x300 mm2 xlpe cable from existing bus bar gantry to proposed 33 kv bay with support of ladder . Cable shall be laid 500mm below the ground in the yard by covering three sides with Ist Class brick and Ganga sand (All type laying material will be provided by the Firm except 33 KV cables ).
107Termination and hosting of 33 KV 3x300 mm2 XLPE cable by filling 33 KV heat shrinkable type cable boxes including proper connection with suitable connectors.
108Erection and grouting of double pole structure of PCC Poles including stays for 11KV out door feeders, complete in all respect as per RESSPO drawing along with grouting material about 3 meter 6\\" dia G.I. pipe along with required elbow shall be provided at D/P for power cable including provision of 03 Nos. feeders name plate on D/P. (all type of grouting material provided by the Firm).
109Erection of 11 KV incoming, outgoing and bus coupler panels (with testing & setting of relays) in substation control room including grouting of Anchor bolts of panel and making of pocket for power cable to insert in panel from trench and complete filling of control room's tranches by river sand.
110Erection & testing of single T/F Control panel in substation control room including grouting of anchor bolts of panel and making of pocket for control cable to insert in panel from trench and complete filling of control room's tranches by river sand.
111Termination of 11 KV Different size XLPE cable by filling 11 KV heat shrinkable type cable boxes including proper connection with LV side of T/F switch gear panels and double poles by providing suitable connectors.

Earthing of Power T/F Neutral shall be done separately including welding with M.S. bar Electrode bridge 1 No. after making in triangular shape and proper connection with well type earthing etc. Grouting of structure will be done in 1:4:8 ratio of cement, sand & coarse aggregate ( All type laying material will be provided by the Firm except steel cables ).
217Laying of 11KV cable of different size from power T/F to control room I/C and control room to D/P outside Sub-Station over a pad of river sand . Cable shall be laid 500mm below the ground in the yard by covering three sides with Ist Class brick and Ganga sand (All type laying material will be provided by the Firm except 11 KV cables ).

219Laying of 33KV 3x300 mm2 xlpe cable from existing bus bar gantry to proposed 33 kv bay with support of ladder . 220Termination and hosting of 33 KV 3x300 mm2 XLPE cable by filling 33 KV heat shrinkable type cable boxes including proper connection with suitable connectors.
221Erection and grouting of double pole structure of PCC Poles including stays for 11KV out door feeders, complete in all respect as per RESSPO drawing along with grouting material about 3 meter 6\\" dia G.I. pipe along with required elbow shall be provided at D/P for power cable including provision of 03 Nos. feeders name plate on D/P. (all type of grouting material provided by the Firm).
222Erection of 11 KV incoming, outgoing and bus coupler panels (with testing & setting of relays) in substation control room including grouting of Anchor bolts of panel and making of pocket for power cable to insert in panel from trench and complete filling of control room's tranches by river sand.

224Termination of 11 KV Different size XLPE cable by filling 11 KV heat shrinkable type cable boxes including proper connection with LV side of T/F switch gear panels and double poles by providing suitable connectors.
225Work related maintinance of old and used 5 MVA Transformer.
226Attending of leakage of power transformer (Replacement of damage gasket kit etc)(all required material will be provided by firm.)
227Centrifusing of transformer oil.
228Replacement of damage brether and silica jel.(all required material will be provided by firm.)
229Replacement of damage WTI and OTI.(all required material will be provided by firm.)
230Painting of old transformer.(all required material will be provided by firm.)
231Replacement of damage buchholz relay(all required material will be provided by firm.)
232Replacement of damaged 33kv, 11kv bushings (all required material will be provided by firm.)
233Carriage and top up of transformer oil from any store/workshop of Bareilly Zone 1, Bareilly Zone 2
234Shifting of existing 11 KV VCB panel and re arrange its in control room including its power cable, control cable and busbar connections.
235Painting of the fabicated structures with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel alumm. Paint/green paint of ISI Mark alongwith earthing strip above ground level.
236Making of cable trench of size 750 mm deep and 750 mm wide and 9 inch wall by Ist class bricks in the ratio 1:6 Base concreting of the wall to be done in ratio 1:6:12 and plaster 12mm thick in ratio 1:4. with trench cover for laying of control cables and 11 KV cables in ssitchyard as per RESSPO. All material will be supllied by the firm.
237Providing of rubber matting sheet 8/10mm
238Shifting and dragging of 33/11kv 5mva tf from road side to its plinth along with its erection including fixing of all assessories and top of oil.
239Carriage of old scrap material from site to store center.
240Making of 11kv Bus Bar on Power Transformer LT side
