| 1 | Reflectivesheeting type-Xl with 4 mm thick ACM Single Side Providing & fixing of reflective signs wilh a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite panel face to be fully covered with High Intensity prismatic sheeting type IV as pet IRC-67:2012 reko reflective sheeling with back frame 1,45 angle of 35x35x5 mm. Legends, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No_801.3.7 The sheeting shal have a pressure - sensitive adhesive of the aggressive tack type requiring no heal solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface, in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacturer. The ACM (AlLlminium Composite 1,4aterlals) shall be fixed on the Back frame MS Angle with riveting. Micro prismatic type IV Retro reflective sheeung confirming to ASTIvl D4956-09 shall be Pressure fixed. The Relro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a cefiilicate of having the sheeting tested for coeificient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and Iungus resistance. 3 years outdoor weathering and Its having passed these tests shall be obtained from Inlernational/Government Laboraiory/ Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the cefiificate Is obtained from International condition. it should also be oblalned from Indian condition wilhin 3 years of launching of producl by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTII specification (D 4S5B-09) on adiflcial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted previsionally. In such a siluation, the Employer/Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guaranlee which would be releasedafter receipt of certificate meeting the requirernent of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012 & Prooi of the same Reporl shall be uploaded which quoting tender. | 2 | Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing. polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.), (Item No. 10.28 DSR 2023) |
