2Cleaning of Regulator gate U/S and D/S portion stool, Kachara and others.
3Earth work with rough dressing and proper disposal for cleaning both side of Regulator floor and channel including cost of all labour and T&P etc. required for completion of work.
4Painting of flapper gate with two coat including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for completion of work.
5Finsihing walls with two coat of water proof cement paint of approved quality on previously old treated surface with this paint to give an even shade after throughlt brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remain loose powdered materials including curing and cost of all materials.
