| 1 | Carrying out servicing/maint of 62.5 KVA DG set, Make : 'Greaves/Kirloskar' including 'B' check as per manufacturers mannual through authorised dealer of DG set manufacturer of existing DG Make and testing of DG set complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- All material/spares parts required for carrying out above maintenance/servicing shall be measured and paid separetely as mentioned below and shall be of make-Greaves/Kirloskar/Cummins as per make of DG set and labour element required for replacing the spares parts including replacement of minor spare parts which are essential for carrying out servicing/maintenance of DG sets shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer against item No.1 above. |

| 3 | Supply only Fuel filter insert complete all as specified and directed. |

| 7 | Supply only Fan belt for water pump all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Supply only Fan belt for alternator dynamo complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | All as per item No. 1 here in before but for DG Set of capacity 40 KVA of any make, complete all as specified and directed |
| 10 | Supply only Lub oil filter all as specified and directed. |

| 17 | Repair/servicing of radiator assembly of 62.5 KVA DG set (Greaves/Kirloskar/ Cummins) after dismanteling and removing cooling fans, guard plates and lowering the same from engine after draining out water from radiator and scrapping / removing sludge / scale inside tank with acid including replacement MS tank (botom portion) at rusted portion by cutting/ welding / brazing with 2mm thick copper plate including painting. Remounting the same at its original position and repalcement of pre mixed coolent as per the ratio fixed by manufacturer and testing complete all as directed by Enginer-in-Charge. (Note- Pre mixed coolent shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule) |
| 18 | All as per item No. 17 but for 40 KVA DG Set of Greaves /Cummins / Kirloskar, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 19 | Supply and fixing in replacement of new Self starter, auto lock, 12/24V of existing make, on the 62.5 KVA DG set and taking out u/s self starter from DG set, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 20 | Taking down unserviceable Self starter from the DG Set 40 to 62.5 KVA including dismantling the Self starter and taking out burnt winding armature & field coil and cleaning the slot including re winding of armature, field coil with enameled copper conductor of existing gauge including insulating material and heat varnish. Replacing worn out armature auto lock-01PC, Carbon brushes set, Pinion set, copper bush Set, Guard piece rubber, carbon rocker, Solinoid coil and reassembling the Self starter and mounting on its original position by replacing worn out nut bolts washers including painting of self starter all as directed by the Engr in Charge. |
| 21 | Repair/Servicing of water pump and replacement of water kit and water seal of 40 to 62.5 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed. |
| 22 | Dismantling and taking down alternator assembly from existing engine and transporting to workshop and carry out servicing / maintenance of alternator unit of capacity 62.5 KVA DG set as per the phase work :- (a) Opening of Alternator and cleaning / remvoing dust from armature and field coil. (b) Cleaning of used / old lubricated substances drive/non drive end bearings. (c) Cleaning end cheeking of AVR unit (d) Cheking and tighting of coupling bolts and replacement of rubber inserts. (e) M&L for carrying out heat varnishing for field and armature coil and kept in heating chamber for 48 hours for drying properly. (f) Replacement of Bearings as per existing size. (g) Reassembling complete unit and carrying out testing at workshop and transportation to installation and coupling with DG Set including necessary alignment, cable connections all as specified and directed by Engr - in Charge Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
