| 1 | Supply & Installation of top discharge hybrid VRF air conditioning system comprising of modular type high efficiency twin rotary multiple compressor with inverter type, high efficiency heat transfer cooling coil suitable for environment friendly R410a refrigerant , air cooled propeller type condenser fan with DC motor drive, interconnecting piping, suction line insulation etc. Micro-processor control panel suitable for automatic operation, high speed calculation inverter control, active oil control mechanism incorporating all safety functions as per equipment specifications & complete all as specified and as listed below:-Note : (i) The unit mounted starter panel shall be complete with IP-55 protection consisting of power disconnecting switches with fuses, starters, for compressor motors, under / over voltage trip relay, single phase preventers, communication card which can accept 4-20 mA or 2-10 Vdc analog signal.(ii) All components shall be mounted on welded steel base frame, structural steel profiles/ panels made out of galvanized sheet steel, protected with primary coat & finished with epoxy paint.(iii) Modular type outdoor units equipped with highly efficient scroll compressors, with inverter type compressor(s), special acryl precoated heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, auto address & UNIT Price shall be exclusive of outdoor stand price. Shifting & Installing of ODU as per drawing is part VRV vendor scope. (ODU location & capacity mentioned below). Shifting of out door units from GF to Terrace floor is part of VRF vendor scope.(iv) All VRV units should be compatible for third party BMS integration. Necessary bacnet Card / integrator should be consider in part HVAC/VRF vendor scope. (v) All unit COP should meet the Well & LEED requirements. Approx it should be more than 3.4.EER needs to be more than 13 [For >5 TR] |

| 3 | Supply and fixing Indoor Unit (IDU) ductable Cooling type of capacity of serving area 11 TR for each type of Room. Drycontact should be considered for Auto change over, failure status, overload sequencing etc. complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Supply and fixing imported fittings like Y-Joints and headers etc as per the layout required with additional supports at both ends of the Y joint complete all as specified and directed. |

| 12 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of U-PVC Insulated condensate drain piping from the indoor units, CSUs and AHUs till the nearest drain points with necessary bends and Elbows with Class O 9 mm thick nitrile rubber/Oxide acetate foam insulation with thermal conductivity not more then 0.029 W/m K (0.25Btu.in/hr.ft^3) at mean temperature 0 deg C and clamp support as required for laying the drain pipe. and water vapor permeability less than 2.9xE-14 g/pa.m.s µ > 120000.002G/cm2, complete all as specified and directed for the following size /dia :- |

| 19 | Taking down existing old us BER AC plant located at MH Danapur of capacity 3X7.5 TR by disconnecting its electrical connection/control cables and complete accessories removal of plant by using necessary T & P and deposit in MES store yard or keep aside where directed by Engineer -in- Charge within distance not exc. 200 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.
