Supply,Installation,Testing & Commissioning of Emergency Chlorine leak absorption system having capacity to the chlorine gas of 900kg at a time Consisting of caustic storage tank MSRL with foundation for tank,motor & blower FRP lined Centrifugal blower for neutralization system 2200m3/hr(1W+1S),HOS absorption tower(1.0m diax2.5mtr0,Caustic circulation pump 20.0m3/Hr,Head 15mtr(1W+1S),Agitator with SS shaft for caustic tank,Magnetic flot type level switch for tonner room to absorption tower & tower vent line,Pressure indicator for leak absorption system with cost of 1.50Mt caustic soda(1.5MT for solution) FRP half hood for 3nos tonners,Contineous ventilation fan 2 nos of Capacity 1710m3/Hr & emergency exhaust fan 2nos of capacity 6120m3/Hr,MCC panel & PLC with power supply cable,cable tray,Control unit fully automatic during leak including 2nos tradional earthing etc.For neutralization system,chlorine leak detector(Hooter)with standby GMS pulse model with 2nos sensor,safety shower for eye & fully body including all valve,stralner and all other materials required for commissioning of the leak absorption system etc.with suitable gas filter with all CS piping & Valve arrangements including pressure gauge for chlorine gas etc,complete for smooth operation of 2nos gas chlorination system separately for different outlets as per specification & direction of Engineer in Charge complete at Vyasanagar Municipality Jajpur Road.
