Major overhauling of 145 KV SF-6 CB spring type installed at different feeders and Transfomer bay at various sub-station under ETD Basti-I. the works includes overauling of control block assembly, opening latch,colsing latch, support latch, anti pumping assembly, opening cleaning and greasing of charging moter system, replacement of wormout part.checking of shock absorber, closing damper, etc adjustment of all gap, cleaning and greasing of levers, connecting rod, disc cam etc, checking of mechanism assembly for wear and tear, rectification/repairing of worm out parts, checking of limit switch, power contactors, auxilary contactors for proper functioning, checking and tightening of all electrical connnection, checking and attending gas leakage of circuit breaker. Measurement of closing/tripping time of circuit breaker, Measurement of contact resistance of circuit breaker with digital meter, works shall include submission of analysis of closing/tripping time and contact resistance measure for each CB along with any neccessary reccomendation for healthy future life of CBs.
