| 1 | Supply, fabrication, cutting (gas/mechanical), edge grinding, welding, transportation and erection of structural steel using ISMB 200×100×5.6 mm sections for forming a container support stand as per approved drawings and site requirements, including providing and fixing of MS base plates of size 300×300×10 mm, stiffeners, gussets, cleat angles, complete with proper alignment, leveling, assembly and all consumables. Plate shall be of approved make such as SAIL / Tata Steel / JSW Steel or equivalent, free from defects and conforming to IS standards, complete in all respects.All FLT lifting points must comply with the approved diagram and relevant safety standards. Four container support stands shall be provided. Two support stands shall be placed on each side of the Flat Rack container. Size reference: 4.6 m (L) × 0.5 m (W) × 0.65 m (H).
