Daily labour charges with bonus once in a year for operation, guarding of 11/0.433 KV, comprising of 2 Nos. 315 KVA indoor type Transformer along with 630 Amp indoor type 3 Panel HT isolator (LBS) along with LT Panel & entire Yard lighting arrangement inside and outside of Sub-station room with all other electrical accessories and ancillaries for 24 hous a day and guarding the whole installation with accessories as per direction of EIC. (3 nos. Operator to be engaged)

Periodical inspection charges of licensed electrical supervisor having valid supervisor's certificate of competency from directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal or any other State Government of India. The supervisor to have thorough/in-depth knowledge of all the electrical appliances ton ascertain the healthy /fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. 2 Nos. 315 KVA Transformer, 630 Amp 3 Panel HT isolator (LBS), LT Panel & lighting arrangement etc. as per specification including incidental charges.

Day to day maintenance for upkeepment of all electrical & mechanical installation by engaging licensed electrician / mechanic as and when required by providing all necessary incidental charges including supplying of CRC 226, control fuses, safety gloves etc.required to execute maintenance as well as guarding work.

Testing of insulation resistance of Load Break Switch , checking of breaker of LT panel including calibration of all meters viz. Ammeter, Voltmeter, kilo watt meter etc. by agency approved by Directorate of Electriciity/WBSEDCL/Any Power Generating Unit once in six month and submission of the Test Report to Department in each case.
