Number of tests per month is purely indicative.2. These numbers of tests are for the purpose of evaluation & comparison of financial bids.3. There is no assurance implied that such no. of samples will be provided/achieved /performed.4. The institute will not be liable for any change in test menu & no claim will be entertained.5. Cost per Reportable Test (CPRT) is including calibration & control cost, if any applicable.6. Workload per month may increase or decrease depending upon requirement.7. Number of tests has been taken from average of last six months & arbitratry numbers.8. Cost of preventive maintenance kit etc is not payable extra, if applicble.9.
