1Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an avarage output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with hydostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and aligmnment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification Clause 509 complete in all respects.

6Supply, fixing & eraction of built up Overhead Structure of 12m-15m span comprising of three vertical posts of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS Pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS Plate at top & 12mm MS Plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class MS Pipe and 40 mm dia heavy MS Pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS Plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.90x0.90 mm of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth Work in excavation 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:4:8 (cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge S.B.) RCC with 1:2:4 (cement, coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit) including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. The lateral vertical clearances and complete.Installation work shall be as per relevant causes of MORT&H specification section 800 and IRC 67-2010 complete in all respect. The Rates shall include cost of design, fabrication, supply, transportation, Local shifting Erection of Signage structure using crance, inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc. all T&P machine, material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-.charge.
7P/L of reflecting sign boards. Cation board etc @ 0.50 Lacs per Km
8Supplying and instalation of delinator (road way iddicators, hazard markers, object marker) 80-100 cm. high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm. wide strips. Fitted with 80x100mm rectangular or 75 mm dia cicular refiectionorised panel at the top buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC:79 and the drawing.
