Name of Work:- Repairing of 04 Nos (Cone No-4,8,14 and 19) helical gear box model no. VH2-M225 with allied works at 16 MGD STP Okhla.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Dismantling & removing of the gear box from its foundation after removing the induction motor from it. Removing of all the gear unit parts pinion, wheel, pumps, bearing, outlet pipe and inlet pipe which carry oil safely. Cleaning of the internal surface of the gear unit by draining out oil completely.
2Fabrication & Supply of 1st stage pinion fabricated with metal EN353 / 8620 as per sample.
3Fabrication & Supply of 1st stage gear fabricated with metal EN353 / 8620 as per sample.
4Fabrication & Supply of 2nd stage pinion fabricated with metal EN353 / 8620 as per sample.
5Fabrication & Supply of 2nd stage gear fabricated with metal EN353 / 8620 as per sample.
6Fabrication & Supply of output shaft fabricated with metal EN353 / 8620 as per sample.
7Providing and replacement of CI ball Bearing Housing both side.
8Replacement of oil seal as per sample and other hardware’s general item as per requirement of site.
9Replacement of oil 320 Make-Servo/HP/SPL/Castrol
10Providing of oil pump
11Providing of breather as per sample
12Replacement of the bearings:- (1)32310–2Nos.(2)32222-2Nos.(3)23313-2Nos. Make: SKF/FAG
13Replacement of packing sheet and replacement of required nut bolts.
14Assembly of gear box after replacement of above parts. And repair of body of gear box as per site requirement. The job also includes fixing of gear box at site and put the same in working order after fixing of motor, propeller & making of electric connection and testing of complete unit.
15Painting of Gear Box with super enamel paint.
16Cartage to & fro from site to workshop from workshop to site. The job includes hiring of heavy labour for loading & unloading. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
