Name of Work:- Repairing / Renovation of 50 HP Jasco Make Submersible pump sets Installed at Drain chamber in front of RWPH-I & II.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Ejection and installation of pump from pit/well at DJB site by dismantling pipeline from pump with the help of skilled labour, technician, electrician, welder, helper and hydra-crane as per site requirement.
2To & fro Transportation charges of submersible pump from Haiderpur to Jasco Pump workshop. The job includes loading & unloading of pump at Site.
3Dismantling of sewage submersible pump set at workshop with the help of EOT / HOT crane and other required tools & tackles, electrician, beldar, fitter, supervisor & other safety items.
4Rewinding of stator of pump with the help of winding machine, wireman etc.
5Balancing of rotor with the help of balancing machine, EOT crane, fitter etc. at workshop.
6Replacement of lower mechanical seal suitable by proper grooming and fitting in given groove with the help of tools & tackles, fitter & EOT crane.
7Replacement of upper mechanical seal suitable by proper grooming and fitting in given groove with the help of tools & tackles, fitter & EOT crane.
8Replacement of lower & upper side Bearing with the help of tools & tackles, fitter & EOT crane and spare machine. (Make – FAG/SKF/NTN)
9Replacement of O ring set by proper finishing in groove with the help of tools & tackles, fitter & EOT crane.
10Replacement of oil with new oil.
11Replacement of hardware items with the help of tools & tackles, fitter & EOT crane.
12Re-assembling of pump by all hardware items with the help of tools & tackles, fitter & EOT crane.
13Painting work of pump with primer and super enable final paint.
14Testing of pump with all electrical equipments i.e. Hypotest, meggering & other test with the help of Electrician, Fitter & T&P etc. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
