| 6 | M&L earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm, 3.15mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 3.75 mtr below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.5 mtr below ground level, connected to copper earth lead strip 20mm x 3mm upto 7.5 mtr long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly including watering pipe GI 20mm bore light grade 2.5 mtr long & protection pipe GI light grade 50mm bore upto 7.5 mtr long, wire mesh, funnel,lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation & earthwork in any type of soil and refilling, pit chamber with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates) , Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates) pit cover slab 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways including necessary form work, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I, including testing on completion at site including dismantling/taking out/down of old existing earthing any type complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) On testing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, earthing will be generated at No extra cost, till the desired earth resistance is obtained.(ii) The chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode. |
