Earthwork in ordinary soil in excavation of foundation trenches for columns, basement, tie beams, walls and steps in all kinds of soil including moorum, hard stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed sides up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P for shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required etc. complete as per the drawing, designing including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling the foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost,conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40m size B.H.G .C.B metal in foundation with watering ,curing including cost of materials,royalty & conveyance charges with all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work in ground floor of M-20 grade with 20mm & down grade crusher broken hard Granite chips including hoisting & laying with cost of all labour, materials with all taxes, lead ,T & P etc all complete .

Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary ) coiled/ bent up MS Rods /Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 gauge binding wire required for R.C.C work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wire will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5% wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate).

Remove excavated materials from site by necanical means with loading and unloading the same within 5km away from site.

Rigidsmooth centering and shuttering for RCC Work etc.

Provision for expansion joint using by bitumenous filler sheller expansion joint.
