Soft start arrangement, Over voltage / under voltage protection, mains ON, Inverter ON/ OFF / FAULTY/ TRIP (Reason), Charger ON/ FAULTY or TRIP, Battery Low, Static by-pass ON, Over temperature. Inbuilt Isolation Transformer of 1:1 ratio connected in Delta- Star Mode. Battery set Complete with self-standing cubicle or cabinet.

7SITC of Hot Swapable Modular Type Online UPS System complete with battery bank and accessories, suitable for following minimum connected load, with three-phase input and three-phase output, true online double-conversion (VFI) technology, employing Digital Signal Processing (DSP) controlled, IGBT-based (Silicon Carbide) rectifier and inverter, with inbuilt Static and Manual Bypass suitable for critical and uninterrupted power supply applications
8Suitable for a connected load of minimum 60 kVA
9The UPS system shall be of modular with hot swapable power Module including Communication, Bypass and controller in scalable construction housed in a common frame, enabling vertical scalability, load sharing, hot-swappable power modules, fault tolerance and future expansion without interruption to the connected load. No single point of failure should be there and minimum 4 nos UPS can be in parallel.
10Redundancy Requirement:The UPS system shall be configured with mandatory N+1 (60 kVA + 1 Power Module) for redundancy, such that upon failure or isolation of any one power module, the remaining power modules available within the UPS shall be sufficient in number and aggregate capacity to cater the full connected load of 60 kVA without interruption. The redundancy shall be inherent to the installed UPS configuration proposed by the bidder and shall not be achieved through external or standby arrangements. Inbuilt or external Isolation Transformer and supply through UPS OEM only. Transformer capacity should be equal to UPS rating.For illustration only, and not by way of limitation, a connected load of 80 kVA may be catered by four (4) numbers of 20 kVA power modules or three (3) numbers of 30 kVA power modules, such that failure or isolation of any one power module does not affect the ability of the UPS system to support the full connected load.

17Charger:• Built-in solid-state float-cum-boost charger with automatic voltage regulation and automatic boost/trickle charge modes with current limiting features.• The charger should be designed for at least 15% of the total battery current suitable for VRSLAB/ Li Ion Battery
18Monitoring & Indications:• Front panel LCD/LED display (Min 9\\" Touch screen) with system status• Phase-wise mains indication• Indications for inverter ON, bypass ON, battery ON, load level and fault conditions• Alarm indications for low battery, mains failure, inverter failure, overload and system fault• Digital panel meters duly calibrated for voltage, current, frequency and load• Event logging facility at front panel minimum 2000nos• SNMP/web-based monitoring capability and software compatibility
19Battery System:• Battery bank complete with self-standing cubicle/rack, inter-cell connectors, FRLS DC cables, Connectors, Battery Terminal Cap and MCCB protection• SMF Battery : 12 V, Mono Block batteries and shall be of Advanced Glass Mat Valve Regulated Sealed Lead Acid Battery Construction type (AGM or VRSLAB) in ABS Flame Retardant (UL94V-O) grade (UL 2436) spill containment casing to meet UL 62368-1/IEC 62133 or equivalent standards (Make : Exide/ Amara Raja Batteries).• Battery capacity sufficient to provide minimum 30 minutes backup at full connected load of 60 kVA • Minimum total battery capacity: Not less than 64800 VAH (For Connected Load of 60KVA) • Battery cutoff voltage during back up not less than 10.5 Volt • Battery MCCB (DC) with automatic tripping circuit
20Standards & Certification:• UPS shall conform to IEC 62040 or equivalent• Manufacturer shall be ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified
21Spares & Accessories:• All materials required for complete system integration, interconnections, earthing, testing and commissioning shall be included

23UPS General Distribution
24The UPS will be capable of displaying fault history of minimum100 events with date & time of occurance including Current, Voltage, Frequency, Power Factor, Maximum Demand, KW,KVA, KVAR.
25Terms and Condition:The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.
