Sl. No. Item Description
1Providing following categories of personnel for electrical maintenance of entire internal & external electrical installation incl compound light, LT panel, feeder pillar and all other electrical accessories with operation & petty maintenance of DG set and UPS with batteries excluding terms & conditions covered by the Manufacturer incl. cleaning of all type of fire detector & Panel and submission of report in regard to the routine and preventive maintenance works in the format prescribed by EIC (as per terms & conditions attached) at Mekhliganj SD Hospital, Coochbehar, including residental quarters and different govt. building under Mekhliganj Sub-Division i.e SDO ofice & bungalow, Treasury, Circuit House, Court & judicial Magistrate bungalows, Correctional Home, ADSR office, Teesta Bridge Construction Division, Dak Bungalow, SDL&LRO Office, Vetenary Hospital, Fire Station etc & other govt. building as directed by EIC with the help of following workmen as per attached terms and conditions. (For 12 Months) (Rate Quotated Per Month)
2Skilled Electrician (per day) 1head/shiftX 1 shift i.e 9.30AM to 6.00 PM (General Shift)
3Semi Skilled Electrician (per day) 1head/shift X 3 shift (Morning, Evening, Night Shift)
4Unskilled personnel/helper (per day) 1head/shift X 3 shift (Morning, Evening, Night) & 1 head/shiftX1shift (General Shift)
5Note: 1) All the above rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes, duties and all ancilery charges with cost of maintenance, servicing, supply & replacement of spares for 1 (One) year from the date of commissioning. 2) Total is rounded off to the nearest rupees.3) Agency must have to provide Extra manpower/head semi skilled/helper operator/electrician for doing [Avg 10 headX30days in a month=300 shifts/per month. [26 daysX10 Head=260 shifts---done by 10 heads in a month + for doing rest 40 shifts agency must have to provided extra manpower/Reliever--Cost of which is already included in the estimated amount]4) PF & ESI contribution documents must be provided to the concerned JE/AE, PWDte prior prepartion of the bills Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
