Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches by Hydraulic excavator/manual means. as per direction of Engineer in charge SI No. 254

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of grenular sub base by providing well graded (Gr. 1) materials, speading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD clause 401.1 & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery, charges & including all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement (a) 1:1½:3 (One Cement, one and half coarse sand : Three graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.
