1M & L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls including cornices and applying one coat of white wash all as complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
2M & L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces on ceilings including cornices and applying one coat of white washcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
3M & L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls/ceilings including cornices by washing, rubbing down and stopping and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion including filling cracks/undulated surfaces with wall care putty wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
4M&L for complete removal of the existing any type old treatment on walls/ceiling surfaces, applying a coat of alkali resistant priming paint followed by applying 2mm thick wall care putty and making the surfaces smooth and even with sand paper and finally applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
5M & L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls/ceiling including cornices and applying one coat of cement base paint including filling cracks/undulated surfaces with wall care putty wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6M & L for preparing old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
7M & L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
8M & L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls including cornices and applying one coat of exterior weather proof paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
9M & L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls including cornices applying a coat of alkali resistant priming paint followed by applying 2mm thick wall care putty and making the surfaces smooth and even with sand paper and finally applyingand applying two coats of exterior weather proof paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
10M & L for cleaning and preparing old polished wooden surfaces of any description and any width or girth and applying one coat of French polish all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
11M&L for complete removal of the existing any type old treatment on walls/ceiling surfaces, applying a coat of alkali resistant priming paint followed by applying wall care putty and making the surfaces smooth and even with sand paper and finally applying two coats of oil emulsion distempercomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .
12Taking down cement plaster from walls built in cement mortar, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. to receive plaster. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .
13M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on surfaces of brick work or concrete in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) in one coat finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..
15M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in ceilings in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
16M & L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls including cornices and applying two coats of distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17M & L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls including cornices and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..
18M & L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces on ceilings including cornices and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
19M&L for Grooves for joints, tongues of cills, etc.,on cemented surface throat (or small weather groove) as for cills, drip courses, etc. and rebates as for joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

21S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (A2150) as in roof overing, chajja/cladding to wall etc., fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

24Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises outside MOD land where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
25M&L screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6 for floor finished complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
26M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles (any shade)10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors with 2 to 3mm with spacers etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with epoxy motor or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
27M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles (any shade)10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding .42sqm and not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors with 2 to 3mm with spacers etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with epoxy motor or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
28M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles (light shade)10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding .42sqm and not exceeding 1.00 sqm, as in skirtings with 2 to 3mm with spacers etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with epoxy motor or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
29M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 as backing to tiles in skirting/dado etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
30Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
31M&L for18 to 20 mm thick Granite/ Tan brown/ imperial brown/ steel grey/ ruby red/ imperial blue/ titanium black work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms or in floors laid over cement mortar screed including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite inlcuding taking down plaster / screed any thickness.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
32M&L screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
33M & L for 16 to 18 mm thick quartz stone of any colour/ Tan brown/ steel grey/ ruby red work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms or in floors laid over cement mortar screed including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite inlcuding taking down plaster / screed any thickness.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
34Demolition of plain cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
35M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
36Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
37S&F mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails , fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, gusset plates, etc conforming to Gde Fe-410-W (Gde E- 250) quality 'B' complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
38M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint one coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
39M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) 75mm thick as in floor sub base etc as specified directed.
40M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
