Replacement of boom barrier arms suitable for ‘Fortuna’ make boom barrier of Extruded Aluminum with red reflecting tapes and powder coated in white color of maximum 5mtr length and of appropriate gauge or thickness as originally installed including installation, testing and commissioning etc as required. The damaged wornout arm shall be credit to contactor underback.

Replacement of damaged IR Beam sensors, damaged due to accidental hit by the vehicles, the sensors are 24V DC with potential-free NO/NC contacts and include RX/TX modules, it shall be mounted on powder-coated MS poles with base plates suitable for bolting, with provision for installation of RX/TX modules. The design shall support adjustable alignment, cable entry for proper termination, and a minimum sensing range of 10 meters including installation, testing and commissioning etc as required. The damaged wornout material shall be credit to contactor underback.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Inductive Loop Detector for the bollards/barriers, for additional safety and protection of the vehicles from accidental lowering of barrier arm or accidental raise of bollards resulting in a fatal damage to the vehicle. The bollards will not raise if raised accidentally. The Single Detector should be a Dual Channel inductive loop capacity for integrating minimum two loops in the same detector. The detector shall also offer a provision to Auto-close the Barrier or Bollard system when the vehicle has crossed the equipment for additional safety by preventing tailgating. The work shall include the Loop Cable, Loop Sealant. The loop Cable shall be installed by recession the wire in the groove and making minimum three turns of wire and terminating twisted tail to the detector from the loop. The sealant shall be Epoxy based polyurethane material, low viscosity for high adhesion and protection.

Supply of 4-core, 35 Sq.mm PVC-sheathed and PVC insulated/XLPE Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade. The cable shall be installed as per site requirements, ensuring proper alignment, protection, and compliance with standard electrical safety regulations. The scope includes all necessary fittings, terminations, and Associated works for seamless operation.

Providing services of Technical Assistant for providing Assistance to the security staff for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning and providing immediate assistance during break down situation including periodical servicing and repairing, as and when required of Crash Rated Bollards (1Set of 5) with Boom Barrier (2nos) and Under Vehicle Scanning System (1no), RFID (1Set) installed at Gate-1,10,12 in Hon’ble Delhi High Court by deploying staff in on all days of the month including Sunday and Holidays. The operator/technical assistant should be adequately Trained and should have knowledge for Bollards, Boom Barrier and UVSS etc. complete as required, as per terms and conditions and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
