| 11 | Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment for preparation of old decorated treatment on wall/ceiling/chajja by scrapping with truecare wall sander machine to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc., or eqivalent makes viz xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling cracks,holes etccomplete and applying two coats of anti fungal weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint over a coat of weather proof primer with crack filling and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with flow speed of minimum 1 Ltr Per Minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. allow 6-8 Hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | Note for item No.11 above:The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same:(a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MOU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of materials like Exterior Emulsion paint after approval by the GE.(b) The contractor shall submit '' Memorendum of Undrstanding (MOU) with one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract before commencement of work.(c) Use of Scaffolding,trestles,ladders,cradles etc necessary for Execution of work and protective measures and full responsibility of labours must be ensured by contractor.(d) Removing of nails, making good holes,cracks etc.(e) Work in patches & in narrow /widths , bands, cornices, pilasters etc.,and cutting in edges of lines where necessary(f) spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors,fittings, etc to protect them from splashes.(g) Washing Floors, cleaning glasses, joinery, electrical fittings, wirings etc.,drops and splashes of paints to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.(h) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work. |

All roots /plants shall be removed completely and making good the disturbed compound and painted with cement base or acrylic paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
