1Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. - All work cum upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
2Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc and removal of formwork
3Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
4Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25 mm made of G.I. wire of dia 3 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
5Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade (new steel work) two or more coats on new work over a priming coat of ready mixed read oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/steel works
6Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.Welded
7Carriage of materials from Mechanical transport from source to site of work
8sand with 20kms lead
