Repair to 630 KVA LT electric transformer installed at LIS Kundra in Reasi district by way of disconnecting of HT and LT line connections from transformer. Removing the top cover after unscrewing all the nuts and bolts along with dismantling of HT & LT bushes. Draining out of transformer oil from transformer tank at site. Taking out the coil assembly using chain pulley/tripod stand/Hydraulic crane and other allied tools and tackles. Dismantling of damaged HT coils-6 nos at site. Carriage of damaged coils to main road side using tools, tackles, head load and manual labour/mechanical transport through hilly terrain then further shifting to workshop for repair. Dismantling of coils at workshop and rewinding of Complete HT coils with the copper wire of requisite specifications as per original design and varnishing complete. Dehydrating/drying the coils. Then carriage back of newly rewound coils along with other allied material to the site of installation in similar manner. Servicing, cleaning and flushing of transformer tank by using appropriate chemicals to clean all the deposits. Fitting of the newly rewound HT coils to the legs of the coil assembly and fitting of the core and making connections of the coil assembly. Lowering of the coil assembly in the container after making proper connections. Job also includes heat treatment of old T.Oil to remove moisture and removing of impurities if any. Providing and filling of fresh transformer oil 100 litres approximately in the tank of the transformer. Providing and fitting of HT bush rods 3 nos., LT Bush Rods 3 nos., set of gasket, sundry items and insulation required. Complete assembling of transformer using new nuts, bolts and washers as per site requirement. Job further involves providing, fitting of 6 No. Link Sets by replacing old damaged Link Sets and Making all the electrical connections on HT and LT side along with proper insulation. Checking for continuity, insulation and putting the transformer on no load and then on full load.Repair to 200mm dia foot valves of Unit-I, Unit-II and Unit-III at LIS Kundra by way of dismantling foot valves from suction pipes in sump tank. Dragging out from sump with the help of manual labour using tools and tackles. Dismantling of foot valves and replacing the leather sheets cut to size along with flap, hinge pin, rubber sheet for flanges with required nuts and bolts. Re-assembling and fitting the same to suction pipes in sump tank with the help of manual labour using tools and tackles. Job further includes providing, fitting of new CI/GI foot valve as per sample/suction pipe dia to replace the old damaged priming foot valve for the suction pipe of priming pump.Complete Job includes cost of material, skilled/semi-skilled labour charges, carriage/shifting charges, hire charges of tools and tackles required at LIS Kundra.The estimated cost is inclusive of all taxes after deducting cost of old scrap i.e; Copper etc. Complete Job.
