Providing and fixing of M.S. Plate 8 mm thick and channel stiffeners in place of old unserviceable to gate leafs of assorted size by way of welding by using superior quality material/welding rods for providing strength to gates at site. Complete job includes cost of material, hire charges for welding set , DG set at site , gas cutter , charges for skilled & semi-Skilled labour as per the site condition. Complete JobProviding and fitting of new seals to the existing gates as per sample i.e D1 Gate at RD 950 , Escape gate at RD 2700, Cross gate of size at RD 2700, Escape gate at RD 4100, Escape gate at RD 4700 , Escape gate at RD 6500 ,Escape gate at RD 8600 and D3 at RD9570 after Checking the critical dimensions of gate seals then Coupling of hoist stem rod to the gate and testing free movement of gates for upward and down ward movement and checking complete leakage of water through seals during engaged position of the gate with replacement of worn-out damaged bolts, washers including cost of material and labour charges and deployment of mechanical arrangement such as tripod stand. Complete JobComplete painting of gate leafs, Winch Machines, hoisting structure etc. after properly cleaning and clearing all surfaces from dust, rust, foreign material by rubbing scrapping scalping with sand paper, brushing with wire brush and then painting with one coat of red oxide followed by two coats of anti corrosive enamel tar coal Bitumen paint of specified brand to an even shade complete job includes cost of material ,labour charges of skilled labour,hire charges of tools and tackles required at site Complete Job.
