Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of75 tones per hour using crushed aggregates of specifiedgrading, premixed with bituminous binder minimum @ 4.0 & 4.5percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mixto work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensorcontrol to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling withsmooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve thedesired compaction as per MoRTH Specifications Clause 505complete in all respects. Bitumen (VG-30) Grading - I (37.50mm (Nominal Size))

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPHbatch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder minimum @ 5.2 & 5.4 per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying witha hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the requiredgrade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compactionas per MoRTH Specifications Clause 507 complete in allrespects for Grading-I ( 19 mm nominal size ) Bitumen (VG-30)
