The scope of work includes comprehensive repair and renovation of the existing structural and architectural repairs to the office building i.e. dismantling cement plaster and apllying new cement plaster, water proofing work at roof, wall painting, removing old paint on wooden surface and applying new paint, providing and laying vitrified tiles of different sizes etc., execution of internal plumbing and sanitary installations, and complete internal electrical works including wiring, fixtures, and allied components including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding arrangements, tools& plants and essential items necessary for proper completion of the work. Details of all related works are mentioned on tender document attached in bid document. All works shall be performed strictly in line with the standardisation, technical specifications, relevant IS codes and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
