2Consultancy services for the structural drawing for the Construction of New Building at M.C. Pry.School after demolition of old existing building at C-1, Block, Mangolpuri in Rohini Zone Including fire safety drawing as per directions of competent authority/engineer in charge. Estimate cost of the structure building Rs.2,38,69,192/- consultancy charges @1% of estimated cost. The scope of work include the following. (a) No extra payment will be made for supplying of corrected drawing as required by the Engineer in Charge(b) 60% payment will made on submission of detailed project report and 6 sets of the drawing/architectural drawings(c) 20% payment will made on completion of 1/4 work(d) 20% payment will made on completion of work.
3Drilling of holes down to a depth of 5m using 10 cm to 15 cm shell & Auger equipment. Collecting undisturbed samples at an interval of 3.0m or at change of strata whichever occurs earlier.Conducting Standard Penetration Test at an interval of1.50m including collection of disturbed samplesas per I.S.2131-1981.Conducting all necessary and required lab test as per relvant I.S. Code. Submission of technical reports in three copies containing recomondation regarding type, depth of foundation, bearing capacity of foundation in layers.
4Add for additional depth beyond 5 mtr., if required
5Carrying out Dynamic Cone Test with a standard appratus to a depth of 15.00m below ground level or refusal with 1.00m below whichever is earlier submitting of technical reports in three copies centring recomondation regarding type depth of foundation. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
