Removing of old/existing tarfelt/treatment from roof surface & removing it ot ground and cleaning the surface with wire brush.

Demolition of cement concrete at roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work from the roof and cleaned the surface properly .

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean andwashing down with water to remove dust, etc. and Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre.

Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:4 average 20 mm thick even and smooth on roof surface for laying of water proofing treatment.

Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate).

Rendering 12 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with Cement plaster 1:4.

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified, make Asian/STP/Dr.Fixit/IWL/SIKA including prepration and primer coat on surfaces laying by authorised applicator before laying of membrane & applying one coat al. paint over the surface of APP membrane.
