1Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Old work (one or more coats) (As per DSR 13.81.1)
2Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work (As per DSR 13.99.1)
3Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm). (As per DSR 13.111.2)
4Preparation of plastered or concrete surfaces for oil bound distemper or emulsion or apex paint including sand papering the surface or scrapping by patti, applying filling with cement based putty (Birla, Jk or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
