11Regrading terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with newones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 12Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (As per DSR 15.56)
13Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. 14Dashing Cement Concrete 1:11/2 :3 in R.C.C. beams, Stairs, Facias etc. of average thickness 1\\" excluding steel reinforcement, centering and shuttering but including curing of the concrete complete in all respect and to entire statisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (N.S.)
15Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600x600mm single charge (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. 16P/F 110 mm internal dia PVC pipe as rain water pipe on walls of 6kg./sqm, pressure with Bend, Elbow and Clamps complete in all respect to the satisfaction to the Engineer-in-charge. (N.S.)
17Providing and Fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) wire gauge door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading, with two vertical members in each panel to hold wire mesh, with necessary 4 Nos. of hinges 4\\", 2 Aluminium Tower bolts 6\\", 2 Aluminium Handles 5” and Aluminium door stopper and single acting door spring and complete fixed in position including two coats of paint and one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 18Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2\\"x3/4\\" golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 2 nos. 3\\" hinges, 2 nos. Aluminium tower bolts 4\\", Aluminium handles 1 nos., I-hook and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 19P/F cupboard shutter consisting of 19mm thick commercial board with lipping (19 x 6mm) all around with piano hinges, screws and provide with 02 nos. aluminium handle (with base plate) 5\\", fevicol and 02 nos. magnetic catcher (double strip horizontal style) etc. The board surface is to be painted with two coats of special quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat and preparation of surface complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge (N.S.)
20Providing and fixing of kitchen cabinet below working shelves consisting of chowkhats frame of hard wood of 2\\" x 2\\" section with one additional member with suitable rebate of 1\\" x 1/2\\" on outer side for shutter. The shutters are to be provided with 18mm thick both side pre-laminated particle board with one side decorative, flat pressed 3 layer and graded (medium density), grade I, type II, conforming to IS 12823 (exterior grade) with hard wood lipping of size 19 mm x 6 mm all around and fixed with chowkhat frame with piano hinges and screws etc. and provide with handle and magentic catcher. The complete frame is to be fixed with fastnerst, etc. complete fixed in position to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (N.S.)
21Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side commercial face in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of iron hinges, all necessary Aluminium fittings and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
