1Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
2Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. - All kinds of soil
3Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. -All kinds of soil
4Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compactingeach layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.
5Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering --All work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size) For plinth protection,
61:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
7First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).
8Half brick masonry work with first class bricks insuperstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).
9Demolishing cement concrete manually / bymechanical means including disposal of materialwith all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:- Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) For plinth protection,
1015 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)
