| 1 | Maintenance and Operation of lift No L-G9691 & L-G9692 through AMC (Minimum Platinum Level) under repair, replacement, Overhaulling, Maintenance of Lifts through Jhonson(OEMs) / accredited Agencies installed at CGAE Hanger Bhubaneswar of capacity 13 passengers including necessary minor repair / replacement of defective parts work if required in any emergency and kept the the lift in working condition at round the clock complete all as specified and directed.NOTES FOR ITEM NO 1.00 :-1. Service the lifts at regular intervals and as frequently as the company deems necessary based on the age, nature and condition of the elevator and will take all responsible care and maintain the lift equipment in safe and proper working condition.2. Carry out the services work whenever possible on day convenient to the customer other than sunday and holiday and during regular working hours.3. Depute an entitled authorised service personnel to attend all call backs during normal working hours and also if any emergency even after working hours.4. Replenish the gear and motor bearing with necessary Johnson/authorised lubricants whenever necessary including checking /cleaning of all moving parts and keep them both electrically and mechanically in perfect working condition .NOTES FOR ITEM NO 1.00 (Contd):- 5. Checking of minimum/maximum oil levels of gear, motor and guide lubricant tank complete all as directed.6. Lubrication of motor bearing , brake pivets , weel bearing , mechanical limit switches, gate rollers and tracks, safety gear mechanisum, lock and rollers, connecting wires , retiring ram etc complete all as directed.7. The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive to tools and safety equipment, CRC SPARY, minor consumables such as PVC insulation tape, screws, fuse wire, clips,freuuel,locks,First Aid Box required for running and maintenance of plants8. Inspection of electrical system such as main switch, over load protection, control relays , connecting wires, single phase preventor, main and lighting fuses, contact allingments etc all as directed.9. Checking and inspection of motor terminals, brake liners, coupling bushes, limit switches, ultimate limit switch magnetic switches , push button movements, brake shoes, noise level, working condition of LEDs, gate lock, spindle movement, condition of lock brake condition of rubber roller , mechanical lock plate , rope anchorages, tightness of rope clips, position of equaliser , trailing of cables, condition of cable , door allingment clearance between vain and rollers, all mechanism bolts , door bearings, floor anounciator working condition, door skate, conditon of door switches, safety edges etc complete all as directed.10. Checking of all emergency devices such as ARD working condition, Battery condition, over load device working condition, over load anounciator and display condition, emergency ligh working condition, emergency siren alaram condition , charing unit condition etc.complete all as directed.11. Checking of lift well lighting, machine room lighting, machine room ventilators , machine room door including cleaning of machine room, lift well, enclosure, landing gates, car gates, car inside, lift pit etc 10. Checking of all emergency devices such as ARD working condition, Battery condition, over load device working condition, over load anounciator and display condition, emergency ligh working condition, emergency siren alaram condition , charing unit condition etc.complete all as directed.11. Checking of lift well lighting, machine room lighting, machine room ventilators , machine room door including cleaning of machine room, lift well, enclosure, landing gates, car gates, car inside, lift pit etc 12.Checking the following devices :- (a) Breake releasing mechanisum working condition (j) Press and speek working condition (b) Break lock nut measurement in mm (k) Shaft controller wiring tightness (c) Break arm switch (l) Oil buffer working condition and oil level (d) Emergency battaery condition (m) Any abnormal noise obseerved. (e) Trap door access condition. (n) Carryout the load testing ones in a year (f) Breake plunger lock nut tightness (o) Regularly Cheaking of ARD System (g) Additional car gate lock contact (p) Consequence cheakinh of fault electrical System.
