1Withdrawing of defective submersible pump motor set along with column pipes by necy. arrangement & skilled labour after disconnection of power line & delivery pipe line (by derrick arrangement, Tube well outside the pump house).
2Supply and delivery at site submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with wet winding type submersible motor having the following specification pump.Motor : Submersible type 3 Ph. 50 Hz. 400V + 10%, Star DeltaImpeller : GM/ SS/ CromesteelMotor winding : Wet Type.Pump outlet - 65/75/100 mm.Suitable for size of tubewell : 250 mm x 150 mm.Make : KSB / Texmo / PLUGA / BG.(Test certificate, warranty certificate along with characteristic curve should be submitted at the time of delivery.)
3i) Duty Condition : 45 m3 /hr. Head : 58 mtr. ( Motor not less than 15 H.P)
4ii) Duty Condition : 35 mᶟ/hr. Head : 56 mtr. ( Motor not less than 12.5 H.P)
5Lowering of above supplied submersible pump motor set alongwith existing column pipes, cables etc & connection of power line and delivery pipe line complete
6Supply, Delivery & Fitting fixing of Fully automatic star delta starter with overload relay (range 23 - 32) protection [Make : L&t/ BCH/Any Approved make (Type- CPSDPYLN or Similar type).
7Add: 18% GST
