| 2 | Replacement of 2/3 layred PVC storage tank with virgin material capacity 5000 Ltr. for raw water / treated water |
| 3 | Replacement of 15mm/20mm/25mm uPVC piping including specials i.e. bend, elbow, union, inner thread pipe piece, outer thread pipe piece, end cap, valves etc. from inlet to outlet piping up to treated water tank as requirement at RO plant. |
| 4 | Replacement of 1.5 HP raw water horizontal centrifugal mono-block pump set at RO plant with similar duty condition including de-installtion of old pump sets and installation of new pump set. |
| 5 | Replacement of existing pressure vessel at RO plant with similar duty condition of pressure vessel inclding replacement of input & output pressure meter. |
| 6 | Replacement of existing micron cartridge filter at RO plant with duty condition micron rating 5 and flow velocity 2.5 Mtr. / Sec. with PVC housing. |
| 7 | Replacement of 3 HP vertical centrifugal multy stage high pressure pump set (3 phase) at RO plant with similar duty condition including de-installtion of old pump sets and installation of new pump set. |
| 8 | Replacement of existing membrane of capacity 250 LPH at RO plant with similar duty condition of membrane inclding replacement of housing, input & output pressure meter. |
| 9 | Replacement of flow meter for treated water and rejected water. |
| 10 | Replacement of solenoid valve for back wash system pressure vessel and membrane. |
| 11 | Replacement of high pressure switch and low pressure switch. |
| 12 | Replacement of ultra filtration unit with similar duty condition of old unit with mebrance material PVDF and pore size 0.075 micron and PVC housing. |
| 13 | Replacement of G.I. piping from treated water tank to outer taps including replacement of 15mm C.P. bib cock/ push cock. |
| 14 | Replacement of 20mm gun metal valve for pressure regulation. |
| 15 | Conversion of punch card system to ATM system at existing RO unit including installation of solenoid valve, flow sensor, ATM etc. as required. |
| 16 | Repairing of existing rejected water sock pit complete in all respects with necessary civil work as required as per site requirement. |
| 17 | Repairing of civil work including repairing/ replacement of plinth masonery, pillars, flooring, floor tiles. stair tiles, barbed wire fencing, MS angle, MS gate etc. |
| 18 | Repairing of RO plant frame structure including replacement of damaged G.I./ aluminimum sheets roofs/ doors/windows etc. |
| 19 | Replacement of base frame/ skit required for the installation of RO including de-installation and reinstallation with new one of similar size. |
| 20 | Replacement of digital panel with provision of conductivity meter, TDS meter volt meter, On-off switch, indicators etc. at RO unit with motor starter as required. |
| 21 | Replacement of anti scalant dosing system of electronic diaphragm type having capacity 0-5 LPH with PH correction system. |
| 22 | Replacement violate system as per plant requirement |
| 23 | Provision for the work to be carried out for complete rejuvenation of RO unit, but not included in above. |
| 24 | (B) OPERATION & MAINTENANCE WORK |
| 25 | Operation and maintenance of existing 1000 LPH RO unit at various villages in Dausa District. The scope of work started after raw water from source received at RO unit. The work includes pumping of raw water to various components/ units of RO plant up to treated water tank as per specifications. Quality of treated water must follow the parameters shown in Annexure-I. Round the clock supply of treated water through ATM/ up to C.P. bib cock/ push cock.
