Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of Smart RTU Controller:The RTU Panel consist of following:The cyber Secured RTU having Dual ARM® Cortex® A7, plus ARM Cortex M3; 500 Mhz CPU Controller with 2x Ethernet port, 4x Serial ports and 4x DI, 2x DO, 4x Cntr In, 4 AI IOs. The RTU should have DNP3 level 4 with Secure Authentication and IEC 60870-5-104 communication protocols, IEC61131 logic programming languge and G3 Conformal coatated IP20 module. The RTU panel should have inbuilt Real Time Clock & Calendar provide accurate time stamp for event log and data log purpose. The DNP3 protocol of RTU Panel should monitor the BAD Network and log the Data in a local SD Card. The DNP3 protocol of RTU Panel update the missing Data along with current Data when the Network becomes Healthy. The Modbus TCP over DNP3 protocol Data transmitted through IP Sec VPN Tunnel with Data Encryption for highest Data Security.The PLC CPU should have inbuilt Firewall which should be Achillies Level 2 Certified. The RTU panel shoud be integrated with 5G Dual SIM GPRS Gateway and Modbus to JSON Data Gatway for Cloud Server Data connectivity.The RTU module should be assembled in a SS Enclosure Panel of size 400mm x 300mm x 210mm (HxWxD) with protection class IP66. The RTU should operate from 230V AC 50Hz, +/- 10% Raw power source through 24V 4.5A DC SMPS.The isolated Sernsor Power supply should be available from RTU Panel with voltage surge free and over voltage protection. The normal working temperature of the Panel should be 50 deg. C and max. temperature withstand up to 70 Deg C.The RTU should operate in 95% RH without any degradation of performance.Make: Si of Schneider-Electric
