Name of Work:- Shifting of 2 No. 630 KVA Electric transformer from LIS Lower Rajwalta (Tehsil Billawar) including creation of temporary motorable path, loading & unloading with other allied works.

1Evaluating the impaired condition of the current approach road & creating best temporary road route while considering factors like terrain, distance, and any potential obstacles encountered in 630m (approximately) route through rocky and uneven terrain up to pump room i.e. the site of installation of the 2 No. 630 KVA electric transformer, downhill using Excavators, heavy cranes. Transportation of boulders and soils from nearby areas along with using manual labour and accessing the pump room/site of installation of electric transformers via crane/mechanical transport, using stones and soil from nearby surroundings to make it motorable for extraction of machinery using labour, tools and tackles and machinery (Excavators/hydra) al LIS Lower Rajwalta. The job involves bush, tree branch cutting throughout the extraction path to clear the way for excavators.The job further includes Extraction of the damaged/worn out 2 No. 630KVA Electric transformers without T- Oil (leaked) installed at LIS Lower Rajwalta to prevent further deterioration and theft of copper windings by way of engaging the labour using special purpose tools and tackles along with the help of hydraulic crane.The job includes disconnecting the HT conductor connections and dismantling of supported angles by unscrewing of bolts of clamps from pole. Slowly and cautiously lifting of transformer by crane from the poles and loading in the vehicle. Placing it properly and tightening with manila rope while loading it on the tractor trolley or into any other carriage vehicle, one each at a time & transporting it to the nearest road side using the newly created road and further loading of the transformers in mechanical transportation (truck) with help of labour and crane while placing them properly and tightening with Manilla rope. Transportation of the 2 No. deteriorated/worn out Transformers to the Divisional store for safe keeping, the job further involves safely unloading of the 2 no. 630 KVA Transformers with help of crane and manual labour at store and stacking at proper position. The complete job includes cost of Labour skilled and semi-skilled, hire charges of machinery, Hydra, tools and tackles and other allied items.
