5R.C.C. work in 1:1½:3 cement, approved coarse sand and 20 mm guage granite stone grit for columns, T- beam , roof slab DSR 5.1.2
6M 150 brick work in 1:6 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth in one brick thick wall DSR 6.1.2
7R.C.C. work in 1:1½:3 cement, approved coarse sand and 20 mm guage granite stone grit for plinth and Lintel beam. DSR 5.3
8Mild steel or iron in plain work such as rein forced concrete wrought to required same as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work .DSR 5.22.6
912 mm thick plaster with 1 : 6 cement and fine sand of 1.25 FM. Mortar on smooth face of wall incl. supply of labours and T&P etc. DSR 12.1.2
10Mild Steel iron work in heavy size such as trusses, builtup gate door frame record rack and roof work. DSR 10.1
11Supply 6 mm thick grey corrugated asbestus seats in roofing in position all materials, labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. DSR 12.8
12Supply 6 mm thick grey AC ridge in position all materials, labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. DSR 12.10
13Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved make & quality on new work with three coat to give to give an even shade including supply of all materails labour and T&P etc. Requried for proper completion of work. DSR 13.41
14Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : (25 mm thick). As per SI No-11.26
