4R.C.C. work in 1:1½:3 cement, approved coarse sand and 20 mm guage granite stone grit for Slab
5Mild steel or iron in plain work such as rein forced concrete wrought to required same as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work .DSR 5.22.6
6C.C. work in 1:2:4 cement, approved coarse sand and 20 mm guage granite stone grit forFlooring DSR No 5.1.3
7Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different size IS 156252, of a approved make in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick 1:4 jointing with grey cement slurry Size 600mmx600mm DSR No 11.41.2
812 mm thick plaster with 1 : 6 cement and fine sand of 1.25 FM. Mortar on smooth face of wall incl. supply of labours and T&P etc. DSR 12.1.2
9Providing and fixing in position MS Grill with shutter for window and ventilator , builtup gate door frame record rack and roof work.
10Painting of doors window and ventilation door work.
11One priming coat and two coat oil distempering work.
12Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thick over plaster surface work.
13Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved make & quality on new work with three coat to give to give an even shade including supply of all materails labour and T&P etc. Requried for proper completion of work. DSR 13.41
