Supply Of manufacturing and supply of complete set of inspection gauges as per rdso drg. no. t-9002. , manufacturing and supply of complete set of inspection gauges as per rdso drg. no. t-9002 (part) for 6400 mm curved switch with 60e1 a1 thick web tongue rails for 1 in 8.5 turnout b.g (1673 mm ) for 60e1 rail on psc sleeper to rdso drg. no. rt-6280 for use in depot. along with testing and calibration by any government approved lab or by any nabl accredited labs and confirming to specification, material: 3 mm thick tool steel plate of grade tc-3 (table-1) of is:1570 (part-6) or equivalent or higher hardness. t he gauges are to be supplied in in a wooden case. one set consist of (i) gauge no. 1/a & 1/b - end templat es at actual toe, (ii) gauge no. 2/a & 2/b- head width checking gauge at point h (22 mm head thickness ), (iii) gauge no. 2/1- head width checking gauge at point h (22 mm head thickness), (iv) gauge no.3/a & 3/b - head width checking gauge at point h (55 mm head thickness), (v) gauge no. 3/1- head width c hecking gauge at point h (55 mm head thickness) [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of deliv ery ] ] |
