| 1 | Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either redesign the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. |

Note- Size of the drain conver shall be decided by Engineer - in - Charge. |

Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/ rules of the Dumping Ground Management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the authorized Municipal/ any other Dumping Ground. (Processing fees at prescribed rate of dumping ground will be deposited by the agency and shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts). (Payments for disposal under this item will be made on production of original Municipal dumping ground receipts), the agency shall also submit pre & post photograph in soft/hard copy.(Mandatory Note- Malba should be removed from site instantly within hours after cleaning of drain) |

| 20 | Providing services of Hydraulic Mobile Pick and carry Crane Capacity up to 15.00 Tan for 8 Hours per day for removing Jersey Barriers from one place to another place, aligning the same, lifting the vehicles, heavy materials etc including the cost of driver, supervisor all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 21 | Providing services of Beldar/ Sewerman for 8 hours working period (1 shift) for the purpose of cleaning drain, removing water logging etc. day to day work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 22 | Providing the service for supervisor, having knowledge of road maintenance and civil work, equipped with Motorcycle, android mobile at list 5.0” screen i/c internet & Data transfer facility, conversant in Hindi and English for daily inspection/Supervision of roads under the jurisdiction of PWD Division SRD-2 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for working hours of 8 hours shift.
