Name of Work:- SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT ONLY OF BLDG NO P-33 (RADIOLOGY DEPTT) AND BLDG NO P-20 (OT) AT CH (CC) AND PROVN OF ELECTRIC SUPPLY FOR GUARD ROOM AT DEFENCE LAND UNDER GE E/M LUCKNOW.

1Demolition of existing roof treatment of any type, including screed bed etc complete all as specified and directed.
2M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, (Avg 50 mm thickness) in roof for padding to achieve the 1:40 slope complete all as specified and as directed.
3M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC roof slab including mixing olnly liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC will be measured and paid separately)
4Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.
5M&L for preparation of new cement mortar screed bed roof surface, providing water proofing treatment by applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105, in three coats (@10.76 litre / 10 sqm), first coat with self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1), second & third coats with undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application / system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge-Make: Asian Paint, Sikka, Dr Fixit.
6Note: - (i) Work to be carried out through authorised applicators of the manufactures and work will be carried out in complete roof / in patches in roofs(ii) Contractor shall submit written guarantee of 07 (Seven) years from date of completion & submit security deposit @ 2.5% of executed amount or Rs 6250.00 which ever is more.(iii) Screed bed will be measured & paid seperatly.
