4Amount included in Item (1.01) above (Material Cost) for availing Customs Duty Exemptions with Concessional IGST rate for PEL/ML areas as applicable as per provisions of Clause no. 10.11 of Instructions to Bidders as per Annexure-I of Tender Document (For Import of materials), if required. (Excluding GST on materials, services & insurance). Change In Laws and Regulations: Laws, Acts, Rules, Regulations etc. and the tariffs thereof considered by the Bidder while estimating the incidence of taxes, duties, fees, charges, levies etc. included in the bidder’s lump sum prices for the Works (as quoted in the Price Format) as per relevant provisions of General Conditions of Contract to be used for the purpose of adjustment of Contract Price in the event of change of Law in terms of Clause 7.6 of General Conditions of Contract are as under: Sl.
