1Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any description/type/ size of light/fan/power/two way/bell etc on TW batten/conduit including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden boards / switches / sockets / regulators/ light fittings etc and removal of unserviceable material out of site area and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.
2Disconnecting and removing the MCB DBs/AC Box from any height, stripping out the fitting for examine replacement of un serviceable spare parts, reassembling, refixing in original position including minor repairs for the smooth functioning and testing complete all as specified & directed by Eng- in Charge.
