1Provision of AMC for TOK Point including of items described as under :-(a) Servicing of flame proof pump including lubrication and performance check -03 Nos(b) Water filter -01 micron and sprinkler (c) Hose pipe system(d) Filter -05 Micron(e) cleaning of tank 70KL capacity -03 Nos including epoxy finish coating as per IOCL guideline (f) Maint of earthing -20 Nos(g) Pipeline maint and painting (h) Gate servicing and greasing(I) Flow meter -01 NoNote:- 1. The Period of the AMC of the subject work for 11 months.2. Contractor will submit the MOU with authorized OEM/Authorized agency before acceptence of work.3. As and when required for attending any complaint pertaining to repair work in system will be attended within 24 hrs failing which a Penalty of Rs. 1000.00 for first 24 Hrs and thereafter will increase Rs. 200 per 8 Hrs.4. Rates quoted are inclusive of material.5. Contractor may claim the payment in form of RAR in Proportionate rate of period of 11 months. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
