1पत्‍थर की गिट्टी (crusher broken) के साथ 40 एमएम क्रेशर ब्रोकन पत्थर की गिटटी के स्थान पर हाथ से टूटी हुई रोडी के उपयोग करने पर वही मात्रा देय होगी परन्तु गिटटी की दर में 30 प्रतिशत की कटौती की जावेगी।
2अधिरचना में चिनाई कार्य प्रथम श्रेणी ईंट की चिनाई सीमेन्‍ट -बजरी 1:6 मसाले में, मय बगल की झिरी बन्‍द करने तथा तराई सहित। अधिरचना में चिनाई कार्य में 4.5 मीटर ऊंचाई तक कुर्सी स्‍तर से।
3सेन्‍टरिंग'शटरिंग (तख्ता एवम ढुलाबंदी) का आर.सी.सी. छत, स्‍लेब, छज्‍जे, लिन्‍टल आदि डालने के लिए लगाना 4.5 मीटर ऊचाई तक के लिए तथा हटाना आदि विशेष विवरण के अनुसार।शटरिंग स्टील
4सीमेंट कंक्रीट 1:1.5:3 मिश्रण की प्रवलित सीमेंट कंक्रीट में डालना तथा आपूर्ति करना, छत की स्‍लैब, छज्‍जे, बीम, लिंटल आदि में दबाना, तराई करना तथा सतह को 1:3 सीमेंट मसाले से समतल करना आदि समेत पाडबन्दी सहित परन्‍तु स्‍टील तथा शटरिंग की कीमत अलग से।अनुपात 1:1.5:3
5आर.सी.सी. काम के लिए लोहे को काटना, मोड़ना तथा स्‍थान पर लगाना तथा बांधने का कार्य मय आपूर्ति के ।
6Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for RCC structural elements upto floor five level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers (if required ) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc.
7Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways with steel props and removal of formwork for upto floor five level for : Columns, pillars, posts and struts etc
