2Battery Pack: High-voltage 750V DC battery system specially designed for LIM propulsion. Capable of peak 2C discharge for 800 kW LIM requirements. Includes BMS, cooling interface, safety interlocks, EMI shielding, structural enclosure, busbars, HV connectors. Cost also includes battery integration, mounting assembly, testing and certification.
3Inverter:High-power 750V input, 1.6 MVA output for heavy linear motor load. Three-bridge topology for high efficiency and controllability. Includes power stage, gate drivers, protection circuits, cooling plates, enclosure and EMI/EMC certified design. Customised software for LIM operation and slip frequency control.
4LIM Propulsion Control and Communication System:Industrial-grade VCU for motor control, safety logic, braking control, air-gap feedback processing. Includes real-time communication modules (CAN, RS485, Ethernet). Programmable with complete motor control algorithm integration. Required for synchronising inverter, LIM, battery and safety subsystems.
5Cooling and Suspension System for LIM:System maintains 5–10 mm air gap during acceleration, braking, gradient change and cornering can includes Passive/active suspension linkages, Linear actuators or pneumatic dampers, Cooling system (liquid or forced air), Control valves, sensors, wiring harness, Structural frames and test rig development, Crucial for maintaining LIM thrust output and preventing performance loss.
6Linear Induction Motor:Includes core laminations, custom windings, epoxy insulation, magnetic steel, end-plates, terminal boxes, thermal sensors. Tooling & mould cost for primary manufacturing included. Designed for heavy thrust requirements. Includes magnetic design, FEA validation, prototype build & testing.
